North Korea denies ‘forced labour’

North Korean ambassador Ri Hung Sik told a news conference in New York on  Tuesday that “it has sent labourers to work abroad legally,” dismissing concerns raised by a UN report last month that some 50,000 North Koreans were sent to abroad to work “under overall conditions amount to forced labour.”
